Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return request form along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number

Please note:

• Orders can only be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped
• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
• Refunds after delivery require the item to be returned to us

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Partial Refund Option

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned. If accepted, you may keep the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom products
• Perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Personal care goods that have been opened or used

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
